Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the State.

This Court was persuaded to grant interim protection by an order dated 30th June, 2023. The applicant has appeared before the Investigating Officer and cooperated with the investigation.

I have perused the allegations in the FIR. Prima facie it appears that the relations between the first informant's family and the applicant, who is the cousin of the first informant, are strained over familial disputes. Even if the 1/2

53-ABA1815-2023.DOC allegations in the FIR are taken at par, whether the applicant used criminal force with an intention to outrage the modesty of the first informant, appears to be a matter for trail. In view of the above, I am impelled to make the order of interim bail absolute.

Hence, the following order:

: O R D E R :

(i) Order dated 30th June, 2023 is made absolute on the terms and conditions incorporated therein.

(ii) The applicant shall appear regularly before the jurisdictional Court.

(iii) Application stands disposed.
