The entire cause of action for filing this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has arisen in Mumbai. We, therefore, transfer this Petition to the Original Side. Consequential amendments shall be carried out by the Petitioner. 5.

To enable the Petitioner to move the appropriate Bench after carrying out amendment, we grant ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c) for a period of one week from today.
