The Respondent is not objecting for bringing the Legal heirs on record. In view of that the name of the claimant and their all Legal Seema 1/2 SEEMA KSHITIJ YELKAR by SEEMA KSHITIJ YELKAR Date: 2021.12.18 15:00:40 +0530

IA 3139 of 2021.doc heirs be brought on record, necessary amendment be carried out within 15 days.

Accordingly, the interim application no. 3138 of 2021 stands disposed of.

INTERIM APPLICATION NO. 3139 OF 2021 4.

There is a delay of 119 days in preferring the appeal. Today, both the parties have settled the matter. Respondents are not objecting the condonation of delay.

Accordingly, condonation of delay is allowed, the appeal be restored.

FIRST APPEAL (ST) NO. 15631 OF 2021 6.

Today, parties have filed the consent terms. All the appellants have signed and it is identified by their advocates. Out of them the appellant Ram Posha Popeta is present. He admits the consent terms. This is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. 7.

In view of that appeal stands disposed of in terms of consent terms. We have dealt with two interim applications today, because otherwise compromise could not have been recorded. 8.

Appellants are entitled to withdraw the Court fees. 9.

The Appellants are entitled to withdraw the amount from the Reference Court, to the extent to which they are entitled as per the Award passed by learned Reference Court.
