By this civil application, the applicants seek restoration of the Second Appeal No.717 of 2012 which is dismissed for default by an order dated 22nd June, 2015. I have heard learned counsel appearing for the applicants and respondent no.1 who is the contesting respondent. For the reasons recorded in the civil application, order dated 22nd June, 2015 passed by this court is recalled. Second Appeal No.717 of 2012 is restored to file. Civil application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
