Heard learned counsel for the parties on the Civil Application seeking restoration of Writ Petition No. 5606 of 2016 which suffered dismissal for want of prosecution on 1st July, 2017. 3.

For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, we are satisfied that there was sufficient cause for non appearance of the counsel when the case was called. In the circumstances, we allow the Civil Application. As a consequence, Writ Petition is ordered to be restored to its original number.
