Heard learned APP for the Applicant - State.

By this Application, the Applicant - State seeks cancellation of bail granted to the Respondent Nos.1 to 4 vide Order dated 01.04.2014 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Mangaon, District - Raigad.

Learned APP for the Applicant - State states that the dead body which was found was of a 40 year old male. He submits that considering the seriousness of the offence, the learned

APPLN 339-14.doc Judge ought not to have enlarged the Respondents on bail. He submits that till date, charge has not been framed. 4.

Perused the Order dated 01.04.2014 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Mangaon, District - Raigad by which the Respondents were enlarged on bail. The reasons for enlarging the Respondents are cogent and cannot be said to be perverse. There is nothing to show that the Applicants have flouted any of the conditions of bail.

Accordingly, the Application is rejected & is disposed of.
