1] The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that after conviction, the learned trial Court suspended the sentence till filing of the Appeal. He submits that after filing of the Appeal sentence is not suspended, but the bail order by virtue of which the applicant was released on bail by the trial Court on bail, has been continued by this Court vide order dated 16th September, 2019. He prays for suspension of sentence.

2] In view of this, Criminal Application is allowed and substantive sentence is suspended till disposal of of the Appeal. 3] Accordingly, Criminal Application is disposed off. [M.G.SEWLIKAR, J] 1/1
