2/2 18 aba 1871-21.doc In light of the direction issued in para 5 of the order, the learned APP today state that they do not propose to arrest the applicants provided they render their co-operation in investigation.

The ad-interim protection granted on 28th August 2020 is confirmed, subject to additional stipulation that the applicants shall report to the police station on every Monday between 10.00 am to 2.00 pm for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when called for.

Applications are disposed of accordingly.
