2] The petitioners' claim that they have submitted their respective applications, collectively marked as Exhibit-C, for their registration as Security Guards under the provisions of Private Security Guards (Regulation of Employment and Welfare) Scheme 2002 before respondent No.1, but their applications have not been considered and decided by respondent No.1 as yet. 2 511-wp-7900-17.sxw 3] Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1 submits that the petitioners' applications shall be considered and appropriate decision shall be taken as expeditiously as possible. 4] Keeping in view of the aforesaid statement made by learned counsel for respondent No.1, we dispose of this petition by directing respondent No.1 to examine the petitioners' applications and take appropriate decision on it, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible but not later than two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5] Parties to act on the basis of authenticated copy of this order.
