A limited grievance is made in this Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The grievance is that a Revision Application made by the Petitioner under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Regional Town Planning Act, 1966 on 7th March 2014 is still pending with the Government and the same is not being heard. 2.

On 25th April 2017, time was granted to the learned AGP to take instructions on the status of the Revision Application. However, he has not received any instructions.

Considering the limited grievance made in the Petition, we dispose of the Petition by passing the following order:-

sng wp-9815.16 ORDER :

(a) We direct the Petitioner to appear before the Revisional Authority on Monday the 5th June 2017 at 3.00 p.m;

(b) The Petitioner shall produce an authenticated copy of this order before the Revisional Authority on that date;

(c) If the Revisional Authority has passed an order on the Revision Application filed by the Petitioner, a copy of the order passed thereon shall be provided to the Petitioner on the date fixed;

(d) If the Revision Application is still pending, the same shall be decided within a period of three months from 5th June 2017;

(e) All contentions on merits are kept open;

(f) The Petition is disposed of on above terms;

(g) All concerned to act upon an authenticated copy of this order.
