The Petitioner in this Petition is praying for directions to the Respondents to issue call letter to the Petitioner for oral interview and to permit her to participate in the process of selection. It is informed that the process of selection is over and one Seema Chawardol has already been appointed by the MPSC. In the subsequent Writ Petition No.13128 of 2017, filed by Petitioner the selection of said candidates is a matter of consideration. The Petitioner has also prayed for issuance of directions to the Respondents to call her for the purpose of oral Pg 1 of 2

In view of presentation of the subsequent petition, Writ Petition No.13128 of 2017 raising challenge to the selection process, present Petition does not deserve to be considered. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. Rule is discharged. There shall be no order as to costs. All contentions of the Petitioner in the Petition No. 13128 of 2017 are specifically kept open for consideration.
