Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. We are inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition finally by directing the Respondents to decide the Petitioners' applications dated 26.09.2011 and 10.01.2012 filed under the Maharashtra State Agricultural Lands (Ceiling on Holdings) Act, 1961 in the light of Government Resolution dated 24.01.2014 and take a decision as early as possible, preferably within twelve weeks in accordance with law.
