When this Court expressed that the Court is not inclined to grant relief at this stage, learned counsel submitted that the applicant behind bars since March 2017. Considering the facts that Trial Court is directed to dispose of the case within four months from the date of receipt of this order. If the case is not disposed of within four months, there will be liberty to the applicant to come to this Court for grant of bail.
