Heard learned Advocate Shri.Shailesh Chavan for the Applicant. In connection with C.R. No. 197 of 2023 registered with Vada Police Station - District : Palghar under Sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 307, 504, 506, 323 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 ["IPC"], present Application is filed. Whereas, the Anticipatory Bail Application filed by these Applicants is already pending before the Court of Additional Sessions Judge - Thane and it is fixed on 5th July, 2023. The contention is that let the Court seized of the matter may be directed to dispose of that Application as early as possible. 2.

In view of that, let learned Additional Sessions Judge - Thane seized of the matter to hear and decide the Application on 5th July, 2023 without an adjournment.
