1] The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly pointed out that, the allotment Order dated 11th June 2019 has been passed in favour of the petitioner by the Deputy Collector (Rehabilitation), Pune, intimating that, the petitioner has been allotted 40 ares of land from Gat No.203 situated at Nanekar Wadi, Taluka Khed, District Pune. He therefore submitted that, in view of the said order passed by the Deputy Collector, the grievance of the petitioner is redressed and nothing survives in the petition.

2] In view of the above, the Petition is disposed off as infructuous.
