Efort is made to demonstrate that the earlier order dated 23rd November, 2017 passed by this Court in Criminal Application 1439 of 2017 does not consider all contentions.

The learned APP states that this being second bail application, such contention is not open.

Fact that this is second bail application is not in dispute. Thus, errors or omissions in the earlier order Shivgan 1/3

cannot be made bone of contention.

We, therefore, reject Criminal Application No.966 of 2019.
