The above Civil Application has been filed for restoration of the above Civil Revision Application which has stood dismissed for non prosecution on account of the non appearance of the Learned Advocate for the Applicants on 17-6-2015. The reasons why the Learned Advocate could not remain present are mentioned in the above Civil Application. The Learned Counsel for the Respondent No.1 opposes the above Civil Application but ultimately leaves it to this Court. Hence accepting the reasons, the above Civil Application is allowed, resultantly the Civil Revision Application is restored to file. The Applicants to deposit costs of Rs.1000/-with the Maharashtra State Legal Aid Fund, within a period of 4 weeks from date. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
