On second call, the Learned Counsel for the Applicant/Appellant is absent. In fact, the Applicant had also filed similar application, which was registered as Criminal Application

9-APPA 969 of 2019.doc No. 1526/2018. It was heard at length and when this Court was going to reject it, the Learned Counsel for the Applicant had sought permission to withdraw the said application and, hence, the said first bail application came to be rejected as withdrawn by this Court.

Now, there is no chance in the circumstance warranting entertainment of the instant application. Therefore, the present Criminal Application No. 969 of 2019 is rejected. However, hearing of the Criminal Appeal No. 1101 of 2018 is expedited. Liberty is granted to the Appellant for filing a private paper-book. 4.
