By the said order, the petitioners are directed to give bond of Rs.10,000/-. During the pendency of the petition, petitioners have accordingly executed the bonds on 8.11.2017. The order impugned, in this petition, therefore, has been complied with. 4] In the above circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain this petition and the same is disposed of accordingly. 5] In view of disposal of Writ Petition, Criminal Application No.307 of 2017, filed for intervention, does not survive and the same is disposed of accordingly.
