This is an application seeking to bring the heirs of deceased Respondent No.1 on record.

Mr.Kulkarni, learned counsel for the Appellant would submit that one heir of deceased Respondent No.1 is already Respondent No.2 and the Priya R. Soparkar

Mr.T.J.Mendon, learned counsel for the Respondent No.2 has no objection if the delay is condoned and the application allowed. 3.

Having heard learned counsel and having perused the application, let the delay of 180 days in preferring this application is condoned. Let the amendment as proposed be carried out within a period of two weeks. Let the amended appeal be served on the other side within a period of two weeks thereafter.
