Nobody is present for the applicant. Learned APP pointed out that this is second bail application on medical grounds. Earlier application was rejected. He submits that CD4 count of the applicant as of now is stable and hence the cause itself does not survive. Medical report dated 25/7/2019 produced by learned APP is taken on record and marked as Exhibit "A".

During hearing we find that appellant has engaged a private advocate viz., Khan Abdul Wahab. Application sent by him and being considered today is presented directly.

We therefore direct the applicant to move appropriate application through his advocate if cause therefor still survives.

With this direction, we dispose of the application. Order be communicated to the prisoner in jail.
