Advocate for the petitioner submits that though this court by order dated 4.1.2017 granted time to prefer appropriate application for bringing legal heirs on record of deceased sole petitioner who died on 26.2.2015, they have not received any instruction. He submits that for want of instruction, it is not possible to argue the matter. Considering the fact that sole petitioner expired on 26.2.2015 and till today his legal heirs are not brought on record, matter stands abated. Hence, Writ Petition stands dismissed as abated.
