The writ petition has been listed on 12 previous occasions. The same appearances have been shown on the board. The petitioner and the advocate have remained present, but intermittently. On one occasion, namely, 5th September, 2018, they applied for adjournment, which was granted. Today, when the petition is called out, the petitioner and the advocate both are absent. They were absent even on 19th April, 2018 and prior thereto, on 22nd March, 2018 as well. In the circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. J.V.Salunke,P.S.

No application for restoration of this writ petition shall be entertained as the petitioner was aware that it was earlier listed. However, he has not remained present nor his advocate. Hence, we direct that any application for restoration shall not be entertained without leave of the court.
