The learned counsel for the applicant prays for some time to serve notice upon the unserved respondent. As a last opportunity, four weeks time is granted to serve notice upon the unserved respondent. In addition to the usual mode of service private service is also permitted. Thereafter, appellant to file affidavit of service.
