Mr. Kulkarni, the learned advocate for the appellant states that he has considered his position in law as regards maintenability of the relief of injunction sought at Exhibit 5 before the trial court in a suit for recovery of money. He, therefore, seeks to withdraw the Appeal from Order as well as Exhibit 5 with liberty to file an application for appropriate interim relief. The Appeal from Order and Exhibit 5 before the trial court are allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed. (Smt. R.P. SondurBaldota, J)
