After hearing rival submissions for some time on this application for relaxation of the condition of bail, it is thought fit to relax the said condition of attendance to the Crime Branch Unit I, Thane every Monday and Thursday between 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. till the conclusion of the trial. Said condition is relaxed to the following extent : "The applicant shall attend Crime Branch Unit I, Thane on first Monday of each month between 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. till conclusion of the trial."
