The above Criminal Application has been filed under Section 482 of the CrPC for quashing the FIR being No.155 of 2014 registered with the Nirmal Nagar police Station on 10-6-2014 for offences under Sections 420, 465, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The Learned APP Mr. Shaikh on instructions of the PSI Mr. R. G. Ghadge of the said police station makes a statement that a B-summary report would be filed before the Magistrate within one week from date. The Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent No.2 questions the filing of the B-summary report. It is not necessary for us to go into the said aspect as it would be open for the Respondent No.2 to raise such contentions as are available to him in law for opposing the said grant of Bsummary report. With liberty as aforesaid, the above Criminal Application to stand disposed of.
