The above Civil Application has been filed for restoring the order of status-quo which was operating in the above Petition. The above Petition has been admitted and is pending for hearing and final disposal. The said status-quo order stood vacated on 23-2-2015 in view of the fact that there was no appearance was put up on behalf of the parties when the Petition was listed for final hearing.

In my view, it would be just and proper to restore the order of status-quo since the same was operating from the year 2002. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed. List the Petition for final hearing in the first week of March 2017.
