In pursuance of Orders dated 17th January 2023 and 25th January 2023, learned APP has tendered across the bar medical reports issued by the Medical Officer, Civil Hospital Nashik Road Central Prison Nashik dated 31st January 2023 and by the Chief Medical Officer, Nashik Road Central Prison dated 11th February 2023. It is stated therein that, '

patient is medically and psychologically fit'. The said reports are taken on record.
