The application is filed by the applicant for intervention in criminal application No.268 of 2014 filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing criminal proceedings arising out C.R.No.II 39/2013. The said criminal complaint was registered at the applicant's instant. The statement is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioners. In that view of matter, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A) and is disposed of as such. Necessary amendment be carried out by petitioner Nos.1 and 2 within a period of one week from today.
