Heard. By this Civil Application, the Applicant is seeking to carry out appropriate amendment in the Writ Petition by adding certain grounds as stated in Exhibit-4, on page No.14. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and as the Writ Petition is yet to be admitted, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

Hence, the following order:

a.

The Applicant is permitted to carry out appropriate amendment in the Writ Petition by adding certain grounds as stated in Exhibit-4, on page No.14.

Amendment to be carried out on or before 16.02.2019, failing which the Civil Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.

c.

If amendment is carried out within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, the Applicant is directed to serve an amended copy of the Writ Petition, on the Advocate for the Respondents and file an Affidavit of service to that effect on or before 22.02.2019.

d.

If amended copy of the Writ Petition is served, liberty granted to the Respondent to file additional Affidavit-in-Reply to the amended Writ Petition on or before 30.04.2019. e.
