Learned counsel Mr. S.S. Pakale i/b Mr. A.R. Belge appearing for the applicant stated on instructions that Writ Petition No. 8799 of 2014 filed at and pending before the Aurangabad Bench of this Court is involving the same issue, which is being adjudicated by the Principal Bench and the petition pending at Aurangabad is required to be transferred for hearing and disposal to the Principal Seat at Mumbai. No one is present for the respondents. 2.

The application is allowed and as requested by learned counsel for the applicant, Writ Petition No. 8799 of 2014 pending ABS

MCA 187-2016 before the Aurangabad Bench of this Court is ordered to be transferred to the Principal Seat at Mumbai for further hearing along with Writ Petition No. 3737 of 2014 and other connected writ petitions challenging the new pension scheme (defined contributory pension scheme) and the government circulars in that regard.
