Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

It is agreed between learned Counsel for both parties that the subject matter of the present petition is covered by an order passed by this Court in the case of Union of India Vs. P. Mahadevayya1 and other connected writ petitions. The impugned order in the present case (passed by the Central Government Industrial Tribunal, Mumbai) is on the same footing as the order passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal (CIT) in the common judgment and order dated 9 June 2010, which was considered and confirmed by this Court. In the premises, the Rule is discharged and the writ petition is dismissed.
