Mr. Patil, learned counsel for the Applicant fairly submits that the charge is framed and the matter is fixed for evidence. The Applicant is in custody since 27/11/2015 and the applicant is being tried for the offence punishable under section 302 , 307 143, 147, 149, 323, 504 , 506 of the IPC.

The learned Sessions Judge is requested to make an endeavour to expedite the trial and conclude the recording of evidence as far as possible by 30/4/2018.
