CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 4053 OF 2018 Respondent No.2 seeks permission to withdraw the part of the amount deposited by the appellant herein. In the application, it is stated that the said respondent No.2 is pursuing her education and hence requires the said amount for that purpose.

Considering the documents annexed to the application, the applicant is permitted withdraw the amount of Rs. 1 lakh without furnishing any security.

The civil application is disposed of.
