Learned counsel for the Applicant pointed out the order dated 03.08.2022 passed by this Court (Coram: Prakash D. Naik, J.) in Criminal Application Nos.121 of 2022, 122 of 2022, 123 of 2022, 124 of 2022 and Criminal Application No.134 of 2022. He fairly submitted that, in all these applications the accused No.1 is the same company i.e. Oneworld Industries Pvt. Ltd. and the applicant in all these applications is the original accused No.2 in all the proceedings before the Trial Court. He submitted that, the order dated 03.08.2023 was challenged by the Applicant before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. He pointed out that the Petitions for Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) Nos.11992 of 2022 to 11996 of 2022 along with D. No.35920 of 2022 were dismissed. 2.

In view of the order passed by this Court in the aforesaid criminal applications and the order passed by the Hon' ble Supreme Court in the aforementioned petitions for special leave to appeal, he does not press these applications and prays for withdrawal of these applications.

Considering the stand taken by the learned counsel for the applicant, all the applications are allowed to be withdrawn. 4.

The question which is left open by the order dated 03.08.2022 passed by this Court in the aforesaid applications, in paragraph-12 is also left open in these particular applications. 5.

All the applications are disposed of.
