The application is filed for condonation of delay of 24 days occurred in filing the aforesaid appeal. The said appeal arises out of conviction order. In addition to this, we also find that the said delay is explained by making averments in paragraph 2 of the application. The explanation is satisfactory and, we therefore, condone the delay of 24 days. The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and is disposed of as such.
