Mr.Justice D.R.Dhanuka (Retired) graciously accepted and has submitted report dated 21 October 2015 that the mediation has been successful. The learned counsel for the parties have filed Consent Terms in Writ petition No.867 of 1999 setting out the terms which they have finalised under the guidance of the learned Mediator.

As agreed in the Consent Terms the learned counsel for the Petitioner in Writ petition No.4746 of 1998 seeks leave to withdraw the Writ petition. The Writ petition accordingly stands disposed of as withdrawn in terms of the Consent Terms.
