P.C. :- This is an application for restoration of the Criminal Writ Petition No.3859 of 2016. The said Petition came up for hearing on 17.04.2017. The Court issued notice to respondent No.2 and directed the petitioner to furnish spare copies within one week, with the conditional order that if the copies are not supplied, the Petition shall dismissed for want of prosecution.

The counsel for the applicant submits that inadvertently spare copies were not supplied and Petition had been dismissed for want of Waghmare 1/2

8. APPW.308.17.doc prosecution. Considering the submission of the counsel for the applicant, Criminal Writ Petition No.3859 of 2016 can be restored.

ORDER

i) Criminal Application No.308 of 2017 is allowed. ii) Writ Petition No.3859 of 2016 is restored to the file. iii) The office objections shall be removed within a period of two weeks from today.
