By this Civil Application, the Applicant - claimant submits that the First Appeal is filed by them challenging the judgment and award dated 28.02.1999 passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division Raigad in LAR No.416/1986 can be disposed of in view of the judgment and award dated 12.06.2018 passed by the Division Bench of this court in First Appeal No.604/1995 with connected matters.

The learned AGP submits that the First Appeal is covered by the earlier judgment of this court dated 12.06.2018.
