Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that during the pendency of the aforesaid application, the matter was amicably settled between the applicant and her husband-respondent No.1. He states that the parties have filed Consent Terms and have been divorced since then.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for consideration in the aforesaid application which was filed for cancellation of the anticipatory bail granted to the respondents.
