This Interim Application is preferred by the Applicant for to delete the name of deceased proposed Respondent No.4A i.e. Yeshoda Shrirang Salunkhe from the cause title of Interim Application Stamp No.799 of 2021 filed in the above Second Appeal and further allow to bring her legal heirs on record as proposed Respondent Nos.4B to 4E in Interim Application Stamp No.799 of 2021.

However, on perusal, it is revealed that Interim Application (Stamp) No.799 of 2021, numbered as Interim Application No.9930 of 2022, for bringing on record the legal heirs of the deceased Respondent No.4 is already allowed on 27/06/2022 and the learned Advocate for the Applicant has also carried out the necessary amendments in the Second Appeal. Hence, prayer in this Interim Application differs.

In view of the above, 02 (two) weeks time is granted to correct the prayer in this Interim Application.
