2. The grievance of the Petitioner is to produce him in Court on all dates of hearing during trial. The Petitioner has stated that police escort and guards are not made available on such dates. The Petitioner has also given the dates of hearing which he had missed. The competent authority is directed to make available necessary police escort and guards and ensure that the Petitioner attends the Court on the dates of hearing.
