Undisputedly against the order dated 17th May, 2017 passed by the Dy. Charity Commissioner, Kolhapur the Petitioner has got alternate remedy of approaching the Charity Commissioner. In the circumstances, we are not inclined to interfere into the mater.

As regard the prayer for challenging of quashing/setting aside the notification dated 31st July, 2006 we grant liberty to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedy before appropriate Forum in Vishal Parekar 1/2
