P.C. :- 1] With the consent of parties, Advocate Mr. Guruprasad Malkar is appointed as Court Commissioner to inspect the suit premises and to supervise the work of installation of tin roof over the suit premises.

2] If the Court Commissioner is satisfied that any additional construction has been undertaken by the respondents, then the Court Commissioner to ensure that such additional construction is removed and only thereafter to permit the installation of tin roof. 3] The Court Commissioner's fees shall be paid by the respondents in this Civil Application.
