Learned A.P.P. has produced on record nominal role of the Petitioner. As per the said report, the Petitioner when was released on furlough leave on earlier two occasions did not report to Jail Authority within stipulated period and was to be arrested and brought back to jail. That, in the year 2015, he absconded when on furlough leave and was to be arrested by Police and brought to jail after lapse of 480 days. In view thereof, the name of Petitioner has been removed from the remission register.

After taking into consideration the aforestated fact, we are not inclined to grant any relief to the Petitioner. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed off.
