The above Miscellaneous Civil Application is filed by the Applicant-wife seeking transfer of Petition No.A-722 of 2016 filed before the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai by the Respondent-husband to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division at Sangli.

The Advocate for the Respondent on instructions from the Respondent who is present in Court states that Petition No.A-722 of 2016 is filed by the Respondenthusband under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act seeking restitution of conjugal rights, and he is desirous in withdrawing the same. The statement is accepted. The Respondent shall withdraw Petition No.A-722 of 2016 within a period of two weeks from today.
