This is an application received through jail for expeditious disposal of Sessions Case No.133 of 2012, pending on the file of the Sessions Judge, Court Room No.32, Dindoshi. 2.

The learned APP, under instructions, submits that the trial has commenced and that four witnesses have been examined, and seven witnesses are yet to be examined.
