It appears that the trial is delayed as there are many accused and that some of the accused and advocates remained absent. It also appears that some of the accused have filed various applications before the learned Judge. 2.

Considering the fact, that the learned Judge is taking steps to expedite the hearing, no further orders are required. The prosecution to take effective steps to see that the accused who are in custody are produced
