It is the contention of the Petitioner that, he has been falsely implicated in the crime lodged by complainant Shri Babasaheb Sitaram Hanvate in collusion with Manager of NKGSB Bank and Shri Prashant Parera, Secretary of Anirudha Co-operative Housing Society. 2.

The pleadings in the Petition clearly indicates that, the same are the defence of Petitioner in the trial wherein he his an accused. 3.

The prayer of the Petitioner therefore cannot be considered. According to us, the Petition is misconceived and is accordingly disposed off. 1/2
